PhD and Past Projects

My PhD was entitled, Archaeological Ethics, Video-Games, and Digital Archaeology: A Qualitative Study on Impacts and Intersections, and was completed at the University of York in 2020 under the supervision of Dr Sara Perry. This document was previously under embargo for publication, but can be requested here.

If you’re interested in playing something I’ve designed, you can try out a game about the FAIR and CARE principles, or (if you want something entirely outside of archaeology and heritage) have a go at Gemstone IV.

Below, you will find a graphic detailing the final doctoral dissertation version of my proposed code of ethics for digital archaeology within video-games and immaterial places of play.

My full CV is available upon request.
